Get to know Tenuto Mini
Mini concentrates the wearable format around the penis, without Tenuto 2's perineal extension. The product design rationale is to offer a compact alternative when broader scrotal or perineal contact is not preferred.
The split form stretches for placement at the base of the penis. At 80 g, it is lighter than Tenuto 2; fit still needs to be comfortable for the individual.
Designed to be worn during intimacy, with contact for partner stimulation. The compact form leaves the user free to choose how it fits into that experience.

The complete report describes an eight-week Tenuto Mini evaluation in 30 men with psychogenic erectile dysfunction, using IIEF-5 and EDITS questionnaires.
Mean IIEF-5 increased from 14.44 to 22.31 (p < 0.001). Mean EDITS treatment-satisfaction score was 78.57%, not a percentage of patients successfully treated.
How to read it. Small, uncontrolled preliminary study with short follow-up. It does not establish superiority to medication, placebo or usual care. Findings need confirmation in controlled trials.
