The contact form asks for your name, organization, work email, enquiry type and message. Selecting “Review email enquiry” creates a draft in your browser; it does not submit that information to a website form service.
You can review and edit the draft, copy it, download an email file or open it in your email app. You choose whether to send it. A downloaded file, copied text or an email draft may remain on your device or with your email provider according to your settings.
If you send an email
The receiving MV Health team can use the information you send to respond, clarify your request and route clinical, product-support or professional purchasing questions to the relevant team. Use your work contact details and provide only what is needed for the enquiry.
For organization-specific information about the responsible entity, retention, service providers, international transfers or applicable data-protection rights, contact the team using the privacy-enquiry route below. Your supply or service agreement may contain additional data-handling provisions.
No patient-identifiable information
Do not enter patient names, records, photographs, dates of birth or other identifying health details in this website’s enquiry tools. Describe the clinical question in general terms. These tools are not a secure patient referral or medical-record transfer system.
Website technology and external services
Shopify hosts this professional website. Shopify and connected services may process technical information, cookies and analytics according to the store’s privacy settings and your choices. The enquiry tool itself does not save your entries in an account or local-storage database, and reviewing a draft does not send it to MV Health.
Links to journals, public registers and app stores open services with their own privacy practices. Using the device app or a separate monitoring service is a different activity; check that service’s information before using it. This page does not make claims about those services’ data collection.
Privacy questions and requests
Email medical@mv.health with the subject “Privacy enquiry”. Explain the request without including unnecessary sensitive information. You can ask for the privacy information relevant to your relationship with MV Health or request help with access, correction, deletion or marketing preferences, where applicable.
