The two-finger-inspired form can be bent to change where contact is applied. The useful distinction is patient choice: internal or external positioning, an adjustable curve and settings controlled by the user.

A more informed conversation
Both offer adjustable internal or external contact. Crescendo 2 is longer and heavier: 220 mm and 180 g, compared with Poco's 155 mm and 110 g. Their research records also differ; a study involving one should not be presented as a study of the other.
Yes. The user guide describes external as well as internal use. A patient does not need to progress to internal use, and an external-only device such as Legato offers a different form to compare.
